The GEMS GPS Based E-Monitoring System (GEMS) has been developed for the Activating Village Courts in Bangladesh (Phase III) Project. This application is provided free of charge and is intended for use as is.

4. UC (Union Council NGO Staff) – Manages activities at the union level.
5. PC (Project Coordinator NGO Staff) – Coordinates project activities at the field level.
